  • Sessions are scheduled based on a mutual agreement between your availability and Liz's. We aim to find times that are most convenient for both parties to facilitate the most effective sessions.

  • Currently, the program offers sessions virtually to accommodate a wider range of clients more conveniently. In-person sessions are not available at this time.

  • Participants are expected to commit to one 50-minute session per week. This regular schedule is structured to provide consistent support and ensure continuous progress throughout the program.

  • The total cost of the program is $2,222. We offer flexible payment plans to make the program accessible to those who need it.

  • The program is primarily designed for adults aged 18 and above. However, considerations for younger individuals can be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled without a 24-hour notice will be counted as part of the program. This policy helps maintain the program's integrity and ensures consistent progress.
